Our Spirit Meeting is tailor-made to you -
your energy, your needs, your priorities.
We'll begin with a little conversation and then move into some focused energy work.
My intuition guides me about how best to help you.

If you need physical healing, we'll flow some Reiki.
If you need an energy tune-up,
we'll do some clearing and work with affirmations and oracles.
If you need clarity, I will help you access YOUR clarity.
If you need reassurance and calm, I will guide you to that place within yourself.
You will come through our time together with more self-trust
and a greater awareness of your own power and magnificence.

We'll meet online in a private ZOOM room.
After you book your session, I'll get in touch to schedule our time
and send you a private ZOOM link.
You click the link at the day and time we've agreed upon
and enter our sacred space.
If you'd prefer,
we can even have our Spirit Meeting over the phone.
After you book your session,
you'll give me your phone number and I'll call you.
I've found that energy flows just as well online or by phone
as in person,
and this way, there's no driving.
You can even show up in your PJ's!
We meet for one hour.

After you book your session, I'll get in touch to schedule our time

The time we spend together in a Spirit Meeting is sacred.
It is a magical alembic in which transformation and healing can occur.
Old ideas can be questioned and gently set aside.
An enchanted mirror is held up to reveal your strengths and beauties.
It's important to tell you:
I don't have all the answers - not by a long shot.
My life has its pains and messes, its confusions and sore points.
But what I do have is practice.
Every Monday, I write with Spirit - which you can understand any way that feels right to you:
my own higher self, a source of divine wisdom and love, the energy and intelligence of our universe.
I've been doing this for YEARS, and have received guidance, training, and incredible reassurance.
I'm also a Reiki master and intuitive counselor
with a proven record of helping people feel better
so that they can move forwards with their lives.
I have a knack for helping people
untangle the tangled thoughts that keep them stuck
and burden their hearts.
I'm honored to do this work

This is an opportunity to connect with the wisest, calmest, deepest part of yourself. It's also an opportunity to receive healing and guidance. Your session will be of much greater service to you if you can listen deeply both to your own guidance and to Kate's.
Sometimes it's hard to stop telling your story; I know that first-hand, believe me! But you can't be in your old story AND in The Honey Flow at the same time. If you can set aside the details for a little while and willingly try on a new perspective, your Spirit Meeting can be profoundly helpful and healing.
Set aside any fixed ideas of what should happen.
Healing is organic. It happens in fresh ways every time we seek it. Let yourself open up to what happens in this particular moment. See it as perfect for you and it will be, I promise.
Regard the hour as sacred.
Set yourself up in a safe, comfortable space. Use the loo beforehand. Turn off phones and alarms. Have a lovely drink at hand if you like. Be aware that we will say goodbye right at the hour-mark. I will guide us to a close about ten minutes before our time concludes and help you to decide what you wish to keep from our time together and what you might practice going forwards.
